In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the sgp77 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sgp77 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Access to and use of the sgp77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. sgp77 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
3. You must be accessing the platform from the territory of Indonesia. Players accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction represent and warrant that their access is lawful under applicable local laws; sgp77 accepts no liability for violations of local law by players.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sgp77, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless sgp77 has provided express written consent.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from sgp77 or any affiliated platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on sgp77, you must register a personal Account. The following rules govern Account registration and management:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one active sgp77 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes multi-accounting and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), email address, and preferred bank or e-wallet details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. sgp77 will never ask for your password by any means.
• Account transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, lease, or otherwise transfer your Account or any Funds within it to another person.
• Inactive Accounts: sgp77 reserves the right to close or archive Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, sgp77 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder via their registered email address. Any remaining balance may be subject to administrative fees as disclosed in the relevant notice.

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, sgp77 conducts identity verification (KYC) on all registered players. By creating an Account, you agree to cooperate fully with our KYC process.

KYC verification may be required:

• Before processing your first withdrawal.
• When your cumulative withdrawals exceed thresholds set by sgp77's compliance team.
• At any time sgp77 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity, age, or funding source.

Required verification documents typically include:

All deposits to sgp77 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum.
• Supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Processing time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your sgp77 balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside sgp77's control.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are from a payment method registered in your own name. sgp77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• No chargeback: Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your sgp77 Account, it is non-refundable except in cases where sgp77 determines an error has occurred on our part.
• Cryptocurrency: sgp77 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits. Any attempted cryptocurrency transfer will not be credited and may be irrecoverable.

Players may request withdrawals of available (non-bonus) Funds subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Verified accounts only: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Requests from unverified Accounts will be held pending verification completion.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Excess winnings may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to the Account.
• Processing time: sgp77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (07:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available window.

• Tax obligations: Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings under Indonesian law. sgp77 does not withhold tax on behalf of players.

sgp77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier and qualifying game list for each bonus are published on the relevant promotion page.
• One bonus per offer: Each eligible player may claim each promotional offer once only, per promotion period. Claiming a bonus through multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or partially-wagered bonuses expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse and collusion: sgp77 monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including placing offsetting bets, low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, or coordinating with other players. Detected abuse will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Promotional eligibility: sgp77 reserves the right to exclude specific players from promotional offers at its sole discretion, including players who have previously breached these Terms or who display patterns inconsistent with recreational gaming.
• Seasonal promotions: Offers tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) are subject to the same general bonus terms unless a specific waiver is stated.

The following general betting rules apply across all sgp77 product verticals. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, Bandar Q) are published separately in the relevant Help section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by sgp77. sgp77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started without the relevant live-betting market being open.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are published in the relevant betting interface and may vary by market, event, and player account status.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final and binding odds for that wager.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's settlement window, or if material errors in odds are identified. Voided bets are returned to the player's Account at the original stake.

• Settlement disputes: All bet settlement decisions are final. Disputes must be submitted to customer support within 7 days of the relevant event settlement date. sgp77's decision following review is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sgp77 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing platform use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data from the platform without written authorisation.

sgp77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to our players. We provide the following tools, all accessible free of charge from your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
